Deployment Checklist

Before any production deploy:

• Run npm run build locally — zero TS errors
• Run npm test — all tests passing
• Verify env vars match Environment Variables reference
• Run npm run migrate:dev on a test DB
• Review Disaster Recovery if DB migrations are included
